Generally the six months starting the month you are 65 or older and enrolled in Part B. During this window carriers generally cannot use health questions to decline or rate you.
Guaranteed Issue situations
Certain events — such as losing employer coverage or a plan leaving your area — may give you protected rights to specific plan letters, subject to applicable rules.
